Terms of Service

Last updated: February 27, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and The Hub OS (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”), governing your access to and use of the website located at thehubos.com (the “Site”) and the purchase, download, and use of any digital products offered through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).

BY ACCESSING THE SITE, PLACING AN ORDER, OR USING ANY OF OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Products

The Hub OS is a collection of digital productivity templates (the “Product” or “Products”) designed for use within the Notion application, a third-party platform operated by Notion Labs, Inc. The Products are offered in the following editions:

  • The Hub OS Essentials Edition: Includes the Vision Dashboard, Planner Dashboard, Projects Dashboard, Overview Dashboard, and Notebook Dashboard.
  • The Hub OS Visionary Edition: Includes everything in the Essentials Edition, plus the Habits Dashboard, Advanced Performance Stats, Project Leads Tracking, Instant Habit Check-ins (iOS), and Instant Task Capture (iOS).

IMPORTANT: The Products require an active Notion account with a “Plus” plan or higher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc. Notion is a registered trademark of Notion Labs, Inc. Your use of Notion is governed by Notion’s own terms of service and privacy policy.

3. Purchases and Payment

3.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the product license. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice; however, any price change will not affect orders already completed.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By submitting payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store your payment card information on our servers. Your payment is subject to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.

3.3 Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and a secure link to access your Product. This link is unique to your purchase, expires after thirty (30) days, and permits a maximum of five (5) downloads. If you experience issues accessing your Product, contact us at support@thehubos.com.

3.4 Failed Transactions

If a payment fails or is declined, no order will be created and no Product will be delivered. You will not be charged. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us immediately at support@thehubos.com.

4. License and Intellectual Property

4.1 License Grant

Upon completed purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual license to use the purchased Product for your own personal or internal business productivity purposes. This license permits you to:

  • Duplicate the Notion template into your own Notion workspace.
  • Modify, customize, and adapt the template for your personal use.
  • Use the template in a commercial context (e.g., managing your own business operations).

4.2 Restrictions

You expressly agree that you will NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or otherwise transfer the Product or any derivative thereof to any third party, whether for free or for compensation.
  • Share your product access link, download files, or Notion template duplication link with any person who has not purchased a valid license.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or create derivative works of the Product for the purpose of distribution, sale, or public sharing.
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the Product’s original design, structure, or intellectual property.
  • Use the Product to create a competing product or service.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Product.

4.3 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the Products, including but not limited to the template design, structure, layout, methodology, branding, documentation, and all associated materials, remain the sole and exclusive property of The Hub OS. Your purchase grants a license to use the Product; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

4.4 User Content

Any data, text, or content you enter into the Product within your own Notion workspace is your property. We have no access to, control over, or claim to any content you create using the Product.

5. Refund Policy — 14-Day Alignment Guarantee

We offer a 14-Day Alignment Guarantee. Subject to the terms below, if you are not aligned with the Product, you may request a full refund by emailing support@thehubos.com.

5.1 Exact Definition of the 14-Day Window

The 14-day period means fourteen (14) consecutive calendar days beginning at the moment your payment is successfully completed, as recorded by our payment processor (Stripe) (the “Purchase Timestamp”). The refund window ends exactly 336 hours after the Purchase Timestamp (the “Refund Deadline”).

For clarity: weekends and holidays are included, and time zones do not extend the deadline. We apply the Purchase Timestamp shown in Stripe and/or your order confirmation email.

5.2 How to Request a Refund (Required Process)

  • Your request must be received before the Refund Deadline.
  • Your request must be sent from the same email address used at checkout.
  • Your email must include sufficient information for us to locate your order (at minimum: the purchase email and the product edition purchased; if available: order/receipt number).
  • We may request additional information to verify your identity and prevent fraud or unauthorized refunds.

5.3 What We Approve vs. What We Deny

This Guarantee is meant for good-faith customers who tried the Product and found it was not the best fit. Examples of situations we generally approve (within the 14-day window) include:

  • You attempted setup and the workflow does not match your personal operating style.
  • You expected a different structure or level of automation than the Product provides.
  • You determine the Product is not the best Notion template for aligning daily actions with your vision.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may deny refund requests (even if submitted within 14 days) if any of the following apply:

  • Late requests (received after the Refund Deadline).
  • Email mismatch (the request is not sent from the purchase email and we cannot reasonably verify ownership of the purchase).
  • Fraud, abuse, or chargeback behavior, including initiating a chargeback/dispute instead of using this refund process, or providing materially false information.
  • Unauthorized purchases (e.g., you did not have authorization to use the payment method).
  • Repeat refund abuse (pattern of repeated purchases/refunds that indicates abuse of the Guarantee).

We do not provide refunds for purchases made from unauthorized third parties or resellers. If you believe you purchased from an unauthorized seller, contact us and we will provide guidance on next steps.

5.4 Effect of a Refund

Upon approval of a refund, your license to use the Product is immediately terminated. You agree to promptly discontinue use and delete all copies of the Product from your Notion workspace and any other storage. We may also revoke or disable any associated access links or tokens.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/card issuer; however, we generally submit approved refunds within ten (10) business days.

5.5 Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law. Where required by law, we will honor those rights.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 “As Is” Disclaimer

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

6.2 No Guarantee of Results

The Products are productivity tools. We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the results you may achieve by using the Products. Any testimonials, quotes, or case studies presented on the Site are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of similar outcomes.

6.3 Third-Party Platform Dependency

The Products are designed for use within Notion, a third-party platform. We are not responsible for: (a) any changes, outages, or discontinuation of Notion’s services; (b) any incompatibility arising from updates to Notion’s platform; (c) any data loss occurring within your Notion workspace; or (d) any actions taken by Notion Labs, Inc. that affect the functionality of the Products.

6.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE HUB OS OR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site or Products;
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
  • Any third-party conduct or content on the Site;
  • Any loss of data within your Notion workspace;
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Hub OS and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Site or Products; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you create using the Products.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site.
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site or collect data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site or Services.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security features of the Site.
  • Use the Products to develop a competing product or service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and revoke your Product license at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized redistribution of the Product.

Upon termination: (a) your license to use the Product is immediately revoked; (b) you must delete all copies of the Product from your Notion workspace and any other storage; and (c) Sections 4.3 (Ownership), 6 (Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability), 7 (Indemnification), 10 (Governing Law), and 11 (Dispute Resolution) shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Brazil, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@thehubos.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

11.2 Binding Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and The Hub OS agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND THE HUB OS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.

11.4 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights. Additionally, if you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Hub OS regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.

12.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages (including Notion, Stripe, or hosting providers).

12.6 Notices

All notices under these Terms shall be in writing and sent to support@thehubos.com. Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your purchase.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site and Services.
